YES! JERA VOLUNTEERS 2023 = LIVE!
From February 1, 2023 until June 1, 2023 12:00 pm, you can register as a volunteer for Jera On Air! Without volunteers no Jera On Air! So do you want to come and help? Alone, together, at the festival or as stage security? Then read on to see what form you need. And note Monday June 12, 2023 in your agenda for the Volunteer Kick-Off at the Jera On Air festival grounds. Here you will be informed about your planned tasks and meet your direct supervisor.
 

How do I sign up?​

• FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER
  Register as an individual for a diverse range of festival tasks? 
  Then fill out this application form.
  Working with a group together on shift(s)? 
  Then fill out this group form (2-10 people). 
  
  Are you with a larger group than 10 people? Then please contact us at: vrijwilligers@jeraonair.nl.
   
• STAGE SECURITY
  What does 'stage security' do?
  As stage security, you ensure that the audience does not pass the barriers. If this does happen, you make sure the person is escorted back into the audience.
  
  Signing up individually as stage security? 
  Then fill out this application form.

What do I get as a volunteer?​

• Access to the festival on the day(s) you work
• Crew camping
• This year's original Jera On Air Crew shirt
• Catering
• Party evening
   

What functions are there?​

You can indicate your preferences in the application form, we will try to take this into account as much as possible. During the shift a supervisor will be present, where you can go with your questions.

  Should you sign up through the general application form, but would like to work a stage security shift in addition to your scheduled shifts in between, be sure to note this in the comments there. ​
   

How long do the shifts take?​

In the application form you can check off which day(s) and parts of the day you are available to receive shifts. The length of a shift depends on the position you are scheduled for, they range from 2.5 to 4 hours per shift. No specific times or lengths of shifts are known at this time.  Would you like to know more about this? Are you signing up for multiple day parts in one day? → Then you will always have a break in between.

For stage managers, we do not work with dayparts, but with time blocks.
You can sign up for the time slots listed below (Note! Times are indicative): 

• Timeslot 1: 9:30 till 15:00 
• Timeslot 2: 15:00 till 20:30 
• Timeslot 3: 20:30 till 1:30  
   

Breaks will also be scheduled in these timeslots.. 

Are you signing up for multiple days? Then we will schedule you on all those days. 

What is the timeline so far?​

Applications are live until June 1, 2023 12:00 pm.
After that, the applications will close and we will start planning. You will receive this schedule in your mail June 10!
 

On Monday evening, June 12, is the Volunteer Kick-Off for introductions acquaintance and work-related information.

In week 25, you will receive your e-tickets and all other relevant information.
