The Californian harcore band Ignite has been making rough, old-school music consistently since 1993. Ignite has a unique melodic sound, causing a metalcore touch. Their lyrics are mostly about social injustice and climate change, and their donations to non-profit organisations never pause. Their 2000 breakthrough album “A Place Called Home” has an iconic sound because of Zoli Téglás’ voice. When the singer got replaced by Eli Santana, the fanbase was doubtful about Ignite’s deliverance. Their 2022 self-titled album, however, proves that Eli’s rough voice is a worthy addition. Without losing their authentic base, Ignite is more inclusive and passionate than ever. And you will feel this at their live shows!
